Jericho is the private space through which BROCA MUSIC PUBLISHING reports to its rightsholders and partners: access to royalty statements, works and shares. Access is by invitation only.
BROCA MUSIC PUBLISHING is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data processed: the rightsholder’s identity and contact details (name, e-mail address), account data (hashed password, language preference), royalty data (statements, amounts, works, shares) and the access log (login dates, viewing and download actions).
Purposes and legal bases: reporting to rightsholders and managing their rights (performance of publishing and administration agreements; the publisher’s legal obligations), and the security of the service (legitimate interest).
Retention: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the statutory limitation periods applicable to accounting and contractual documents (up to ten years).
Recipients: the data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, except where required by law. Where BROCA MUSIC PUBLISHING prepares statements on behalf of a principal (editorial administration agreement), the data of the principal’s rightsholders is processed on that principal’s behalf, under the agreement between them.
Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@brocamusic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (cnil.fr).
Jericho uses a single cookie: the session cookie, strictly necessary for authentication. It is exempt from consent and disappears on logout. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookie is set.
